  4. Drug developmet - So now the taxpayer is going to bear the burden of developing new drugs for drug companies b/c drug companies would rather use their money to lobby Congress and advertise.

    I guess the actual manufacturing will continue moving off shore in order to continue fulfilling the congressional jobs export mandate.

    Does that about sum it up?

  9. I don't know man, almost seems like gold has been losing it's wind b/c fear is dropping off. I mean, it seemed like for several years inflation wasn't really that bad, almost flat, while gold was running like a raped ape.

    I may have to just take my lumps on the ABX if this keeps up, could be a new trend forming?

  10. MCD - May raise prices, gold tanks! What's that tell you, MCD is confident enough they can raise prices and pass it on then maybe the market is gaining confidence and we don't need gold as a hedge against Armageddon?
